Through suspension and dissolution, the salt washing system can remove soluble and insoluble impurities and upgrade final salt quality.

Each plant is equipped with a Fluid Bed Dryer designed to provide continuous salt drying solutions for all types of salt (sea salt, rock salt, vacuum and/or lake salts) and size particles.
The fluid-bed system processes a continuous flow of salt particles or flakes that are conveyed over a perforated bed. Hot drying air is blown through the holes of a perforated plate. Conveying of the product is achieved by means of a low-frequency, high amplitude shaker mechanism. By shaking the product up and down we achieve a uniform drying result with shorter time, lower temperature and first-in, first-out drying of products.
